Pacha New York is a large-scale music and nightlife venue located in Brooklyn, presenting global electronic artists, live performances, and cultural programming. Position Overview
Pacha New York is looking for a Production Manager to lead the end-to-end coordination of all production activities, from advancing and planning through to on-site execution.
Acting as the central operational link between artists, technical teams, and suppliers, this role ensures seamless delivery of world-class events through strong planning, stakeholder management, and hands-on leadership in a high-energy nightlife environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead production advancing, managing technical and hospitality riders while coordinating directly with artists, agents, and internal teams
  • Plan and oversee event execution, building production timelines and coordinating across lighting, video, audio, and logistics
  • Manage logistics, including transport, equipment movement, and on-site operational flow
  • Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and quality standards
  • Supervise on-site setup, rehearsals, and live event operations, leading production teams and crew

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in event production, live entertainment, or large-scale venue operations
  • Experience within nightlife or high-volume venues, ideally in New York
  • Strong understanding of technical riders across audio, lighting, and video
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors, budgets, and production timelines
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with Vectorworks
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Benefits Overview

Salary Range: USD 185,000 - 195,000 per year (Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity)
