About the role:

Fermented Food Holdings (FFH) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Trade Marketing and Event Planning Coordinator to support trade marketing and event activation efforts across our portfolio of leading fermented food brands, including Bubbies, wildbrine, Silver Floss, and more.

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys balancing creativity with organization, and is excited to help bring innovative food products and campaigns to life. The Trade Marketing & Event Planning Coordinator will work closely with the Brand Activation Manager and Senior Brand Managers to support activation initiatives, marketing operations, and cross-functional execution.

Accountable For:

  • Supporting existing product resets and new product launch readiness through retailer syndication platforms including Syndigo, IX-One, and similar systems.
  • Assisting in gathering and organizing packaging files, product information, claims, imagery, and launch materials.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and external partners to help ensure projects remain on track.
  • Assisting with trade marketing materials, retailer requests, and general marketing administrative needs.
  • Researching trends, partnerships, events, and co-marketing (with retailers and with other brands) opportunities that align with brand strategies.
  • Supporting event planning, sourcing, logistics, and on-site execution when needed.
  • Coordinating with creative partners, vendors, and internal teams to help bring events and co-branding activations to life.
  • Maintaining organization of relevant marketing assets, product files and shared internal resources.
  • Supporting special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.

Required Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of relevant internship or professional experience in marketing, trade marketing, events, CPG, agency, or project coordination environments.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Creative thinker with a willingness to contribute ideas and problem solve.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing project management tools, retailer syndication platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or social platforms is a plus.
