What youll do
  • The Associate Education & Events Manager provides essential operational and logistical support for Kenra Professional events, ensuring seamless execution across education, KAM, and marketing initiatives.
  • This role supports event planning, talent coordination, and travel logistics, helping keep events, shows, trainings, and content activations organized, on schedule, and aligned across teams. 
  • Partner cross functionally with Education, Marketing, and Key Account Managers to align event needs, timelines, and deliverables 
  • Support planning and coordination for shows, trainings, market visits, and content activations
  • Manage model casting coordination for shows and content shoots, including identifying talent, booking, preparation, and call sheet distribution 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for Brand Educators, including flights and hotel accommodations, to support events and field activities
  • Assists with Senior & Artistic Brand Educator class scheduling by managing calendars and communicating updates. 
  • Ensure event details, documentation, and logistics are organized, accurate, and executed seamlessly
