Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated Healthcare Business Development Associate to help grow patient referrals and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral partners. This role focuses on outreach, networking, marketing support, and community engagement to increase awareness of our services and expand patient access to care.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, providers, and community partners.
  • Identify and pursue new referral opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Represent Spinal Recovery Center at networking events and community functions.
  • Support marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate event participation and maintain outreach calendars.
  • Gather and communicate feedback from referral partners and community contacts.
  • Provide regular updates on outreach activities, goals, and results.
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members to support growth initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in healthcare business development, community outreach, customer service, fundraising, or a related field.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with marketing, communications, event planning, or project coordination is a plus.
