What You Will Do

As a Sales Catering Manager, you will:

  • Generate and secure new business for weddings, social events, banquets, and catered functions
  • Conduct site tours and consultations with prospective clients
  • Develop proposals, contracts, and event agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, event planners, and community partners
  • Coordinate event details from booking through execution
  • Assist clients with menu selections and event planning needs
  • Prepare banquet event orders and detailed event timelines
  • Communicate event requirements to culinary, banquet, housekeeping, front office, and maintenance teams
  • Oversee event execution to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Resolve guest concerns and event issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Track sales activity, revenue performance, and business opportunities
  • Support revenue growth through upselling catering services, guest room blocks, and additional hotel offerings
