Torch Technologies is seeking USSPACECOM Planner to serve as a planner and scheduler who supports program planning, scheduling, and administrative functions across PMO/TSO activities. This role assists senior planners by maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), supporting elements of the Integrated Master Plan (IMP), integrating requirements, and ensuring effective coordination across teams, administrative processes, and records management systems.

As a Planner and Scheduler your duties will include the following but not limited to:

  • Support development and maintenance of the IMS, WBS, and critical path schedules.
  • Consolidate schedule inputs from multiple teams to maintain accurate, traceable milestones and planning data.
  • Participate in IPTs and working groups to collect updates, document changes, and communicate schedule needs.
  • Maintain project schedules, action trackers, and deliverables using Microsoft Project, SharePoint, TEAMS, and similar tools.
  • Assist with the deliverables review process, tracking due dates, comments, and dispositions.
  • Provide planners and administrative support across PMO/TSO functions, including meeting coordination and documentation.
  • Integrate requirements and support administrative/C2 processes such as TMT task management.
  • Manage records and information using SharePoint, file storage systems, and established records management practices.
  • Develop routine briefings, charts, and updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Draft and publish meeting minutes for governance bodies and working groups within required timelines.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and working sessions across PMO/TSO and external partners.
  • Monitor progress of assigned tasks, assemble staffing packages, and ensure proper routing and completion.
  • Use task management systems (e.g., TMT, ETMS2) to track taskers, review submissions, and elevate issues requiring leadership attention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced certification
  • 5+ experience in aerospace, defense, or government programs.
  • Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
  • Experience supporting project planning, scheduling, or program integration activities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and standard project management tools.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, records management practices, and administrative workflows.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
