STATUS: SEASONAL (NON-EXEMPT)

POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Team Member will be responsible for a variety of duties dependent upon the need for the day, while providing participants, members and/or guests an excellent experience and world class guest service. Clip and Climb, Food and Beverage, Guest Services Desk, Fitness Concierge, Ticketing, Event Set Up, Sports Monitors, Camp Leaders, Birthday Party Host and Janitorial duties are all samples of work performed by the Operations Team Members.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
  • Directly aligns with the venues Statement and Core Values
  • Greet guests promptly and provide excellent customer service
  • Always be encouraging, helpful and positive to all guests
  • Be knowledgeable about pricing, events, amenities, and venue hours
  • Ensure correct equipment is available for games, and proper set up of all play areas
  • Ensure games start on time and are scored accurately
  • Maintain and control trash in all areas of the venue
  • Monitor and maintain a world class presentation of the venue including safety and cleanliness
  • Consistently communicate issues and relevant updates to your leaders and teammates
  • Assist with the execution of all Landing programming, day to day activities and special events
  • Complete special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by leadership

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Willingness to learn multiple positions and disciplines
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of ages from pre-school thru adult
  • Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours)
  • Must be able to work with computers, and point of sale systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent guest service skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations
  • Must be respectful and treat every person with dignity
  • Must work well with others and strive toward team goals
  • Must take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facility
  • Committed to the safety and wellbeing of others
  • Must be at least 16 years old

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
