AY2627 Event & Facility Operations Assistant - School of Music (Work-Study Required)
Event & Facility Operations Assistants help support the daily and event operations of the Mary Pappert School of Music, mostly during evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include unlocking and locking rooms, helping with concert and recital setup, assisting Front of House and ushering, working with AV Technicians to keep events running smoothly, and keeping shared spaces organized. Assistants may work on their own or with a team, and shifts are usually 3-6 hours. Evening and weekend availability is required, and training is provided.
