What Marketing Associates Will Do
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness, expansion and growth.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end logistics, planning, and execution of both virtual and in-person corporate events.
  • Support customer advocacy efforts including selection, writing, tracking and amplifying customer stories across channels.
  • Track and analyze lead flow, campaign performance data, translating metrics into actionable insights for future strategy optimization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams; including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless campaign alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop engaging content, design layouts, and communication materials for various marketing initiatives.
  • Manage marketing calendars, project timelines, and data accuracy within our corporate systems to ensure flawless daily operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior internship experience in event management, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Strong enthusiasm for marketing with an analytical mindset and an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace or equivalent productivity suites.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn new enterprise platforms and methodologies.

The base salary range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer. A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.

$75,000—$75,000 USD
