We're Hiring: Private Event Manager | John Rich's Redneck Riviera Nashville


Redneck Riviera, owned by country music artist John Rich, is looking for an energetic, personable, and driven Private Event Manager to join our team in the heart of Downtown Nashville. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating exceptional experiences. You'll be the face of our private events, ensuring every client feels taken care of from the moment they arrive until the last guest leaves.  


What you'll do:

โ€ข Serve as the primary onsite contact for clients and guests during private events

โ€ข Ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations

โ€ข Coordinate with our kitchen, bar, entertainment, and operations teams throughout each event

โ€ข Problem-solve in real time while delivering outstanding hospitality

โ€ข Build relationships with clients, hotels, planners, and referral partners

โ€ข Help grow our private events business through networking and prospecting when time allows


What we're looking for:
