We are seeking a creative and strategic Membership Manager to engage, retain, and grow our membership community while advancing our global conservation mission. As ICF's primary advocate for membership, you will play a key part in connecting supporters to the organization's work to conserve cranes and the places where cranes dance.We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer contributions, generous paid time off, and additional perks designed to support work-life balance and well-being. The annual salary range for this full-time position is $54,000-57,000. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with occasional evening and weekend events and travel throughout the United States for festivals and outreach activities. The position is based at our headquarters in Baraboo, WI, and offers a hybrid schedule with the option to work from home 2-3 days per week.
