Job description

As our Senior Special Events Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our brand for large parties, off-site catering, and special events. You'll work with our team to drive sales, build relationships, and ensure flawless event execution. Base Salary 65k plus uncapped Commission.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our restaurants and building client relationships
  • Sell, negotiate, and coordinate events from inquiry to execution
  • Collaborate with FOH managers and Executive Chefto ensure seamless service
  • Conduct outside sales and marketing calls to generate new business
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on all leads and client requests
  • Partner with the Director of Special Events to set and achieve sales goals
  • Perform client site visits and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in event sales, catering, or banquet management
  • Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced environments (weddings, corporate events, etc.)
  • Energetic, driven, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable learning and promoting our food, beverage, and venue offerings
  • Fluent in English with flexible availability for various shifts
