Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated event staff to assist with the planning and execution of a variety of events, including corporate functions, weddings, concerts, and community festivals. The ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
  • Assist with registration and check-in processes for attendees.
  • Serve food and beverages, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to dietary restrictions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to event timelines.
