As our Show & Event Manager, you'll be the force behind our event strategy—owning the setup, execution, and performance of every show.
What You’ll Do:
  • Manage event logistics: setup, teardown, scheduling, staffing, and inventory
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of energetic event promoters
  • Maximize appointment bookings through hands-on leadership and live coaching
  • Track performance and continuously optimize event outcomes
  • Maintain a sharp, professional brand presence at every show
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven leadership experience in events, retail, or promotional management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills—you keep things running smoothly
  • High-energy, people-first mindset—you lead from the front and inspire results
  • Experience with home improvement or in-home services is a plus
  • Availability for weekend and evening events (travel required)
*This position will start part time while we create a show and events program from scratch with the potential to grow into full time as the need allows. In order for it to become full time we will need to achieve or exceed consistent KPI's directly from our event efforts and then the Event Manager will be responsible for hiring a team to support the growth.
