The Opportunity
As part of the Event Management team, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of impactful events that elevate brand and business objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction for significant events, overseeing end-to-end planning and delivery while enhancing alignment with enterprise priorities and improving attendee experiences at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of impactful events
- Oversee thorough event management processes from inception to completion
- Collaborate with senior leadership to confirm alignment with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and risk assessments
- Enhance attendee experiences through innovative design and execution

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications Studies, Business Administration, Hospital Administration preferred
- Having experience in event management, brand marketing, or related roles, with demonstrated leadership over large-scale, multi-stakeholder events and strategic marketing initiatives

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
