  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to registration processes and platform configuration.
Event Logistics and Execution

  • Safely operate a forklift as needed (training provided).
Digital Signage and Virtual Platform Support (Cross-Trained Backup)
  • Provide backup support for building digital signage systems (22Miles, Extron, and related displays) when the Event & Meeting Technology Manager is unavailable.
  • Provide backup support for online meeting/virtual event platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoTo Webinar, etc.), including basic setup and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with virtual and hybrid event execution under the direction of the Event & Meeting Technology Manager.
  • Coordinate with the Event & Meeting Technology Manager to ensure consistent, non-duplicative coverage.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business, marketing, hospitality event management, or ministry.
  • 2–4 years of experience with event registration platforms (Accelevents or similar) and event logistics preferred.
  • Experience in a church, ministry environment, or professional event production setting with exposure to faith-based events preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong flexibility and problem-solving skills; able to handle unexpected challenges calmly and creatively.
  • High attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain professional and Christ-honoring under stress.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ministry leaders, staff, contractors, and attendees.
  • A servant-hearted attitude and willingness to serve in any capacity.
Why NAMB?
