Events Sales & Coordinator(Commission Based)
About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Events Sales & Coordinator to support our Director of Events while developing and managing their own event business. This role combines sales, client relations, event planning, and onsite execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both building relationships and bringing events to life.

The successful candidate will assist in generating event revenue, coordinating event logistics, conducting venue tours, supporting client relationships, and ensuring flawless execution of private dining, corporate events, social celebrations, and special experiences.

This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential for a driven hospitality professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Events in generating and managing private event business.

  • Respond promptly to event inquiries and assist in converting leads into confirmed bookings.

  • Conduct venue tours, client meetings, and follow-up communications.

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, hotels, concierge teams, community organizations, and local businesses.

  • Prospect for new event opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.

  • Assist with event proposals, contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and client communications.

  • Coordinate event logistics with culinary, operations, and management teams.
