Salary Range: Competitive hourly pay $15, plus event tip out

Location: Hermitage Country Club – Manakin-Sabot, VA
Position Overview:
Hermitage Country Club is seeking polished, reliable, and service-focused individuals to join our team as Event Servers. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy providing exceptional service at weddings, private events, and club functions. Event Servers play a vital role in ensuring each event is executed flawlessly and exceeds member and guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, linens, place settings, and service stations
• Provide attentive food and beverage service during events, including plated meals, buffets, and passed hors d'oeuvres
• Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout service
• Follow event timelines and coordinate with banquet captains and kitchen staff
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
• Adhere to all service standards, safety guidelines, and club policies
• Assist with post-event cleanup and resetting for future functions
Qualifications:
• Previous banquet, catering, or restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
