Cleaner - Boerner Botanical Gardens (Zilli Hospitality Group)
Zilli Hospitality Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to support our operations at Boerner Botanical Gardens. This role is essential in maintaining clean, safe, and event-ready spaces across this high-traffic, multi-level venue.
Position Details:
  • Full-time position
  • Consistent first shift schedule
  • Wednesday through Sunday
  • 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Clean and sanitize all public and employee areas, including:
    • Entrances, doors, and entryways
    • Atrium/lobby spaces
    • Bathrooms across all three levels
    • Hallways and elevators
    • Office spaces (including garbage removal and vacuuming)
    • Miscellaneous areas such as nursing pods
  • Maintain cleanliness in event spaces:
    • Vestibule and ballroom areas
    • Garden room entrance
    • Floors, rugs, windowsills, and windows
  • Perform general maintenance tasks:
    • Stock cleaning carts and supply closets
    • Remove garbage and transport to dumpsters
  • Provide light operational support:
    • Assist with leftover dish cleanup during the week (minimal involvement)
    • Post-event cleaning, including:
      • Wiping down bars
      • Removing trash
      • Cleaning doors and floors
      • Addressing large spills
