Job description

THE SKATESIDE is looking for dependable, hardworking Cleaning Staff to help keep SKATESIDE FEST clean, safe, and welcoming for thousands of attendees.
Pay: $18hr
Dates: May 30 & 31, 2026
Time: 10am-5pm
Location: Bill Botts Park / Culver City Skate Park
This role is important in helping maintain a positive experience for kids, families, vendors, and guests throughout the event.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and help maintain cleanliness throughout festival zones
Empty trash and recycling as needed
Help manage waste stations and keep areas organized
Assist with light cleanup of common areas, vendor zones, seating, and activity spaces
Help with event reset and end-of-day cleanup tasks
Report larger cleanup or safety concerns to event staff
Requirements:
Reliable, positive, and team oriented
Comfortable working outdoors and being active throughout the day
Able to lift bags, walk the event grounds, and support cleanup needs
Comfortable working around large crowds and family environments
Event or cleanup experience is helpful but not required
