Summary:
The Part-Time Event and Program Assistant is responsible for coordinating all CFE-sponsored programs and events. In collaboration with the rest of the CFE event and program team, they participate in the planning and implementation of virtual and on-campus events, providing program and event management support services, including event space logistics, A/V equipment support, recording of events, and other logistical support, as well as marketing support, including collaborating with the Graphic Design and Web Specialist on social media maintenance and website updates.
Essential Functions:
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of virtual and on-campus events.
  • Provide program and event management support services.
  • Other duties assigned.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
  • Part-time.
  • 20 hours per week.
Salary Range:
  • $18.40 per hour.
