Apply 2-3-month temp/contract with potential to extend | potential contract to hire Dates: ASAP - December 4, 2026 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Location: Providence, RI 02903 (Onsite) | Department will pay for garage parking Pay Range: $27.50/hour Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide critical administrative support to 2 executives within the Office of the Dean. This role will serve as a trusted partner, managing complex schedules, supporting executive communications, coordinating meetings and travel, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedules, and executive time management. Draft, edit, and manage professional correspondence, including emails, letters, and other communications. Coordinate and prepare materials for (high level and large) meetings, presentations, and events Assist with event set up and clean up.

Arrange and manage travel logistics and itineraries. Maintain filing and front desk receptionist duties. Other ad hoc support as needed.

Environment Attire is business casual Highly confidentiality and professional setting Will be supporting all levels of "customers" from students to executive levels, government officials, etc. Required Qualifications Associate degree (AA) or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of executive assistant, administrative support, or office management experience.

Demonstrated experience supporting executives. Strong calendar management and scheduling experience. Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting professional correspondence.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and prioritize competing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating executive meetings and preparing meeting materials. Travel coordination and itinerary management experience. Event planning or event coordination experience.

Experience supporting executive leadership within a professional office environment. Desired Attributes Quick learner who adapts well to changing priorities. Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
