Job description

Provide full-time technical (on-site) assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware and network issues. Responsible for setting up and maintaining email systems, managing domain access, resetting passwords and providing general IT support to ensure smooth operations across the organization. May require evening and/or weekend work if needed.

Graduation from accredited school with AA/BA in Information Technology or similar field preferred.

High School Diploma or GED required.

CompTIA A+ certificate, Network+, Microsoft 265 Certified, or MCSA preferred.
