Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources effectively.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions, family therapy, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, continuously evaluating progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure a holistic, coordinated approach to care.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, offering clients valuable coping strategies and resources.
• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning to clients in acute distress, ensuring their immediate needs are met.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring high-quality client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The individuals you will work with may be facing significant life challenges, including substance use disorders, mental health issues, trauma, or co-occurring disorders. Your compassionate and skilled intervention will play a crucial role in helping them develop resilience and achieve stability in their lives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient clinical setting.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and best practices in mental health treatment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills to effectively support clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in detox or inpatient treatment settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
• Training in trauma-informed care and understanding of addiction disorders.

Compensation and Benefits
