• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs to inform personalized care strategies.
• Provide one-on-one counseling and support to clients facing challenges related to addiction, recovery, mental health, and social integration.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities for both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment for healing.
• Develop, implement, and monitor service plans that align with clients' recovery goals and objectives resulting from their unique assessments.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources, ensuring their voices are heard in the fight for social justice.
• Contribute to program development and evaluation, including participating in grant reporting to ensure continuous improvement of services offered.
• Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to augment the resource network available to clients.
• Engage actively in team meetings, professional training, and community outreach initiatives to enhance service delivery and improve community awareness.

Your primary focus will be on clients undergoing detoxification and their families, who are often facing complex emotional and social challenges. Understanding the trauma often associated with substance use disorders is crucial, and your role will involve addressing these needs with sensitivity and expertise. You will also be tasked with providing support throughout the recovery process, ensuring that both clients and their families feel empowered and informed.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), allowing you to provide clinical services within the state.
• In-depth knowledge of addiction recovery, social justice, trauma-informed care, and available community resources.
• Exceptional communication skills, along with a high level of empathy and the ability to forge meaningful connections with clients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads, maintain documentation, and comply with ethical standards.

• Experience working in a nonprofit organization or healthcare setting focusing on mental health and addiction services is preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
