What You'll Do:

As a PCA, you will:

  • Provide compassionate care to residents in nursing and personal care/assisted living, ensuring their safety and comfort during daily activities.
  • Conduct regular rounds to check on each resident at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Assist residents with bathing/showering, dressing, oral care, toileting, nutrition, and hydration according to individualized care plans.
  • Transport residents to activities, dining, beauty shop appointments, and chapel services, as recommended by the Rehab Department.

What do I need for this role with Redstone?

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
