Sheehy Ford of Springfield is seeking an energetic individual for the part-time Receptionist position. As the Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealership's first impressions representative.  The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and goal-oriented.  If you are professional, have integrity, love people, and like to get things done, apply today!   

Responsibilities

  • Answer dealership group phones
  • Greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Maintain Knowledge of current staff members, extensions, office/ desk locations/ work space locations. 
  • Maintained and cleaned receptionist station, inventory, and stock office supplies.
  • Adhere to safety procedures
  • Work hours are 5-9pm (Monday – Friday), 9am-8pm (Saturday) and 11am to 7pm (Sunday).   These days/hours are worked between 3 evening receptionists. 
  • Handle greeting customers in person and on the phone at the same time, and keep records of customers messages’ or information accurately, and handel them in a timely fashion.
  • Other duties assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or higher
  • A professional appearance
  • A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
  • Must Be able to work evenings, and a flex schedule.
