Are you a dedicated Medical Technologist looking to make a difference in patient care? MLR i s seeking a skilled Medical Technologist to join a dynamic healthcare team in New Jersey, where we prioritize excellence and innovation in diagnostics. As a Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for performing complex laboratory tests, ensuring accurate results, and contributing to high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Laboratory Tests: Perform a variety of diagnostic tests on blood, urine, and other bodily fluids using state-of-the-art laboratory equipment.
  • Analyze Results: Interpret and analyze test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability of findings.
  • Maintain Equipment: Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine calibration and quality control checks.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, laboratory policies, and regulatory standards to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Documentation: Accurately document test results, maintain patient records, and ensure proper labeling and handling of specimens.
