Job description

The Overnight Cleaner  is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the hotel and assist the banquets department. This position will work the evening shift, and will maintain our public areas as well as set-up banquet rooms.

As an essential member of our overnight crew, you’ll:

  • Prepare and set up banquet rooms for upcoming events

  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public spaces before big functions

  • Assist our team by driving early-morning crew members to the airport

Associate will work the 3rd shift (11pm - 7am), weekdays, weekends and holidays. 

JOB DUTIES:

  • Check the daily events sheet with function information and ensure that lobby, pool and convention area restrooms are clean and well stocked.
  • Wipe, dust furniture, sweep/mop elevator floors and vacuum lobby carpets.
  • Clean Lobby Stairwell entrances/exits including doors, handles, sweep/mop floors, vacuum mat, and check for cob webs.
  • Empty trash at entrances and in offices and pick up recycling.
  • Responds to guest’s requests in a timely manner.
  • Set-up and clean banquet rooms as needed
  • Drive Hotel Shuttle as needed - especialy during early 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • No prior experience or training.
  • Previous cleaning job experience or related service industry experience preferred.

This position will require a criminal background check and drug screen.
