Overview

At La Vida Llena, a not-for-profit Life Plan Community, residents enjoy a vibrant and engaging lifestyle with opportunities for creative, educational, and personal exploration. Our welcoming campus offers a full continuum of care and a strong sense of community. We are seeking a Part-Time Driver – CDL to provide safe, reliable transportation while delivering exceptional service to residents and guests.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Provide transportation for residents to medical appointments, errands, outings, special events, and other scheduled destinations.
• Safely operate community vehicles, including passenger buses and vehicles equipped with wheelchair lifts.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles and help load and unload walkers, wheelchairs, and other mobility devices.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, monitor safety equipment, and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Respond calmly and professionally during emergencies while ensuring residents receive outstanding customer service.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.50 / hr DOE 

About You
• Minimum of one year of experience driving cars, buses, or providing transportation services.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements.
• CDL Class A, B, or C and DOT Medical Certificate preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to resident safety and satisfaction.
