Evening Receptionist
Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Part-Time | Monday-Friday | 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Evening Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and callers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while providing administrative support during the evening hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and follow facility security protocols

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, and data entry

  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
