Role Summary
This position reports to a Senior Operations Manager and is responsible for supervising evening/night parking operations for an assigned location(s). Develops and supports an experienced and trained frontline team. Ensures customers and landlords are provided with the highest level of service at facility. Maintains onsite revenue controls and accountability systems. May supervise Location and/or Shift Manager(s) as scope, size, and complexity of the facility dictate.
Schedule: Sun & Sat 8am-5pm, Mon -Tue 4pm-1am/ Friday 10am-7pm
Essential Responsibilities
* Operate the property (ies) with excellence and attention to detail.
* Promote positive customer relations by being responsive and attentive to customer needs.
* Initiate and oversee property maintenance, including but not limited to environmental, safety, security, equipment, electronic and mechanical issues for which landlord may be responsible, keeping properties in excellent condition and ensuring company appearance/maintenance standards are met.
* Channel requests and requirements of location's landlord to appropriate decision maker.
* Support activities of landlords and/or leasing manager as necessary and appropriate to achieve and maintain high occupancy.
* Provide training and support to location employees and supervisors; may participate in hiring process.
* Supervise and evaluate employee performance and lead or participate in coaching and discipline.
* Coordinate and schedule employees to ensure appropriate staffing levels per shift to meet service requirements and budget. Check time and attendance system records, compile and submit payroll for Senior Operations Manager or Division General Manager approval.
* Act as a point person for all customer service inquiries, complaints, incident reports and claims for locations on the evening/night shift.
* Maintain corporate standards and location log books.
* Ensure integrity of financial reporting and cash controls; audit cashiers and related reports, as needed.
* Maintain proficiency in meeting compliance responsibility in terms of company/corporate, state and federal requirements.
* Monitor special events schedules/shows and prepare/schedule frontline staff appropriately and work with Senior Ops Manager
* Perform regular patrols of locations in the evening/night shift and report safety concerns to appropriate authority.
* Other duties as assigned by the manager

  • Must be willing to work out of and travel between the (MARKET) locations on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to maintain flexibility in work schedule in order to meet operational needs. This may require Location Supervisor to occasionally work outside of regular scheduled hours.

  • Must be able to walk or move to assist customers in a timely manner; In some cases, must be able to travel up and down parking garage ramps in order to assist customers and garage issues.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent and at least 3 years experience in Parking, Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a multiple location context.
  • Knowledge of marketing functions or at least 1 year experience performing marketing-related functions.
  • Computer literate, knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and the Internet.
  • Valid Driver's license in order to operate company or customer vehicles.
  • Must be able to maintain flexibility in work schedule in order to meet operational needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, hospitality or related field.

Salary Range
$53k-$55k a year
