What is an evaluation assistant?

Evaluation Assistants are professionals who support the planning, implementation, and analysis of evaluation projects within organizations or research settings. Their responsibilities often include collecting and organizing data, assisting in the development of surveys or assessment tools, and preparing reports or presentations. They work closely with evaluation specialists or project managers to ensure that evaluation activities are carried out efficiently and that findings are accurately reported. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an evaluation assistant?

To thrive as an Evaluation Assistant, you typically need a background in research methods, data analysis, and report writing, often supported by a degree in social sciences or a related field.
