Job Description

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and evolving our US Sports platform.

We are building a team and trading platform to help us become a leader in the US sports gambling industry, replicating our strong foundation in Europe.

As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. Our N-Tier distributed systems process large volumes of data, especially during high-profile sporting events, where resilience and stability are crucial to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will play an important role in shaping the success of our team. Beyond technical excellence, you will use your expertise to coach and onboard junior engineers, ensuring their smooth integration into our team through mentorship. Working with technical and non-technical stakeholders will help the team implement the architectural vision.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid working from home policy.

The listed salary for this position is $125,000 - $155,000 annually.

Qualifications
  • Experience building up to date React applications using Typescript, advanced state management with frameworks like Redux and performance optimization/debugging.
  • Experience building microservices to power your frontends.
  • Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices for deploying APIs and services in live environments, ensuring robust release processes.
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies and tools, and the integration of those practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Modern pipeline with automation testing using tools such as GitHub actions or Jenkins.
  • Optimizing SQL queries to meet performance benchmarks.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of contributing to a team and being a subject matter expert.
  • An individual focused on delivery and communication over process and manual documentation.
  • An autonomous, inquisitive technologist with a strong desire for continuous learning and innovation.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring in technical subject areas.
