    Job Description

    As a Die Assembly Tech, you will be responsible for:

    • Assembly crimping dies.
    • Creating labels.
    • Assisting the Die Assembly Team Lead in inventory control.
    • Using basic problem-solving skills.
    • Working closely with the Safety Committee to foster a positive safety culture and to complete safety-related activities.
    • Completing required documentation relating to business or regulatory requirements.
    • Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
    • Completing inspections.
    • Administrative duties including daily production reporting related to Productivity, Quality, Material Usage, OEE, etc.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS โ€“ DIE ASSEMBLY TECH

    • 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
    • Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity.
    • Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Basic mechanical experience
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications.
    • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
    • Ability to work with others collaboratively.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
