Provide L3 support and troubleshooting for SCCM infrastructure and deployments.
Represent the team in customer and internal stakeholder meetings.
Ability to assign tasks and get the work done by junior resources.
Design and implement SCCM solutions to meet business needs.

Research and stay up-to-date on the latest EUC technologies and trends
