We are hiring an electrical trainee for ongoing work between San Bernardino and LA county. We are looking for an entry level candidate that has an active ET card to assist with essential wiring work.

Pay: $21–$27 per hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, Night Shift
Location: San Bernardino county, LA county, Riverside County

About the Position

We are seeking motivated Electrical Trainees to join our team for commercial and residential electrical projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the electrical trade while working alongside experienced electricians. Candidates with 0–4 years of electrical experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Assist electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
  • Pull wire, bend conduit, and install electrical devices and fixtures.
  • Load, unload, and organize tools and materials.
  • Follow project plans, specifications, and safety procedures.
  • Perform jobsite cleanup and maintain an organized work area.
  • Assist with troubleshooting electrical systems as directed.
  • Work efficiently during overnight construction and renovation projects.

Qualifications

  • 0–4 years of electrical experience or related construction experience.
  • Current Electrical Trainee Card required
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and active construction sites.
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts and occasional overtime as needed.
