In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, designers, and project teams to translate goals into accurate, well-informed estimates while aligning scope, budget, and expectations early in the process. You’ll play a key role in identifying risks and opportunities, ensuring project costs reflect both the client’s vision and the realities of construction. You’ll also lead and mentor estimating teams while driving strong preconstruction practices across projects. From supporting Target Value Design and cost validation to improving estimating tools and workflows, you’ll help create efficient, value-driven solutions. This is an opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and trade partners, influence key project decisions, and contribute to Boldt’s commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare facilities. The anticipated salary range for this position is $152,000.00-$202,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data.   • Four-year architecture, engineering, construction management or related degree required.
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in the architecture, engineering and/or construction.
  • industry of which includes estimating and project delivery.
  • At least five years of leadership experience required.
  • A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
Nice to Have
  • Experience on healthcare or other highly regulated projects such as OSHPD or HCAI.
  • Strong experience with LEED Certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with production tracking, dashboards, or jobsite data analytics.
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence applications, Vico, Pantera (strike), Autodesk Assemble, is beneficial but not required.
  • Advanced Microsoft O365 experience.
