Builtech is seeking an Estimating Coordinator (EC) to assist and elevate our Preconstruction Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Source subcontractors and vendors for proposals, qualifications, and related information.
  • Add and maintain vendor and subcontractor information in the company database or software.
  • Request and obtain prequalification information from vendors and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit Freedom of Information Act requests for permit-related information.
  • Oversee document control: retrieve, share, track, organize, and distribute all construction documents.
  • Communicate project information clearly and effectively with the project team and external resources.
  • Conduct research and leverage available technology or software resources.
  • Upload and download files from internet platforms, ensuring alignment with document control processes.
  • Maintain and update the Preconstruction bid calendar.
  • Organize and manage client-specific website details and login credentials.
