Help shape where Brightstar works, innovates, and grows.As Real Estate Manager, you'll lead the strategy and execution of projects across our global portfolio-including offices, R&D facilities, data centers, warehouses, and showrooms. From site selection and leasing to design and project delivery, you'll create high-performing spaces that support our people and our business.Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, project leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to turn complex challenges into smart business solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Lead real estate and workplace projects from planning and site selection through design, construction, relocation, and completion.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, define project scope, and manage budgets, schedules, risks, and approvals.
  • Manage architects, engineers, contractors, and third-party vendors while overseeing projects with complex electrical, mechanical, infrastructure, warehouse, lab, or data center requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, IT, EHS, Sustainability, Security, Finance, Facilities, and HR to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and external partners, presenting recommendations and project updates to senior leadership while building consensus across teams.
  • Drive real estate portfolio performance through market analysis, lease strategy, property negotiations, portfolio reviews, benchmarking, and management of critical lease dates.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Project Management, or a related field preferred; PMP, MCRE, LEED, or similar certifications are a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience managing commercial, industrial, or corporate real estate development and construction projects.
  • Strong project management skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Smartsheet, and other scheduling/tracking tools.
  • Experience using AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, and similar design tools for space planning, plan reviews, quantity takeoffs, and project collaboration.
  • Working knowledge of RFP development, bid management, vendor negotiations, permitting, building codes, lease and construction contracts, and sustainable building practices.
  • Understanding of data centers, labs, warehouses, and projects with complex electrical and mechanical requirements; OSHA 10/30 certification and strong analytical skills are preferred.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $74,961 - $164,800. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
