Job Summary
United Concrete Products is seeking a dedicated and experienced Handyman to join our Property Management team. In this role, you will perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks across our commercial real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate is a skilled tradesperson with experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, roofing, demolition, machinery operation, and landscaping, and is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Travel daily to assigned properties to perform scheduled repairs and maintenance.
  • Complete property renovations and buildouts, including the construction of new offices and bathrooms, painting, and lighting installation.
  • Install electrical wiring, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
  • Perform demolition of existing offices, bathrooms, and small structures.
  • Operate skid steers, lifts, and other equipment during renovations and site work.
  • Assist with and oversee landscaping duties, including seasonal cleanups and general grounds maintenance.
  • Support the management and oversight of large-scale projects.
  • Survey properties to identify potential repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, carpentry, and plumbing issues.

  • Proven experience operating various machinery and equipment.

  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid state driver's license required.
  • Punctual and able to adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments at different locations.
