Job Title: Groundskeeper / Handyman

Groundskeeper / Handyman

SEATAC Airport Area

Monday–Friday | Approx. 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Join a family-owned company and help maintain commercial properties near SEATAC Airport. This hands-on role combines landscaping, groundskeeping, and basic maintenance work in a stable, outdoor environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain grounds, landscaping, and outdoor areas
  • Pick up trash and keep properties clean and safe
  • Perform basic repairs, painting, and maintenance tasks
  • Use hand and power tools
  • Drive a work cart between nearby buildings
  • Support property upkeep and special projects

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year of groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience
  • Experience with basic repairs and hand tools
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working outdoors

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $47840.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Benefits not provided, hence the $2/hr differential on top of the $23 hourly pay
