We provide an array of services to ease the stressful transitions seniors face when they are downsizing from their homes. As a full-turnkey company, we provide professional relocation, liquidation services, and clean-out services.
We are seeking "Online Estate Sale Team Members" for our location in Sugar Land, Texas. As an "Online Estate Sale Team Member" for Caring Transitions of Sugar Land, TX.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing world class customer service to our clients, customers, and team!
  • Photographing items for online estate sale auctions, writing descriptions
  • Professionally packing/unpacking household goods
  • Assisting in household sorting and organizing
  • Preparing homes for liquidations of all types including online auctions and clean outs
  • Serving as staff for our online auction pickups

Requirements:
  • World class customer service skills
  • Professional attitude and demeanor
  • Strong character and integrity
  • Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
  • Technical ability to work well on smart devices and apps for auction processing
  • Excellent communication skills and written skills
  • Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability - including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Willing to work in dirty and/or cluttered environments
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Smart phone access
  • Must pass background check

Starting Pay Rate: $15 an hour. Pay increases based on performance and productivity.
This position is part-time on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours. Part-time employees can expect to receive anywhere from 12 hours to 30+ hours per week.
