Location: Twin Cities and Surrounding Areas

Schedule: Part-time | Flexible Hours | Weekday hours + project-based shifts

Position Overview

We're seeking a Senior Relocation Specialist (Packer, Sorter, Organizer) to join our compassionate and hardworking team.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, working in diverse home settings, and being part of a close-knit, caring team. You'll assist seniors and families during major life transitions — handling belongings with care, organizing spaces, and ensuring each move or project runs smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with packing, sorting, boxing, bagging, and organizing household goods for relocation, downsizing, or estate clean-out projects.
  • Work on-site in various home environments throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
  • Support clients with compassion — providing guidance and reassurance through emotionally sensitive situations.
  • Assist with unpacking and resettling clients in their new homes.
  • Handle donations, consignment, and disposals according to client preferences.
  • Use mobile apps to manage schedules, assignments, team communication and timecards
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working in clients' homes.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with your team to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in packing, organizing and customer service – will train
  • Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.
  • Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
  • Comfortable using smartphone apps for scheduling and communication.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs and navigate stairs as needed.
  • Reside in or near the Twin Cities Metro Area with reliable transportation.
