Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to act as the single point of contact to TWC for accountability and student management system questions. This position is responsible for effectively leading the grant performance accountability, including data management and reporting. They are also responsible for managing compliance with the TEXAS AEL Testing Guide, applicable AEL and Workforce Development Letter, and other performance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Three (3) years of experience effectively involved in grant performance accountability, including data management, data collection, and reporting.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to support coordination of data collection and performance reporting for projects funded by TWC.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree

Job Duty
Will act as subject matter expert for TWC-TEAMS-related functions and User Account Controls.
Will manage user access and terminations from the system to ensure that all security requirements are met prior to granting access to any staff member.
May also assist with the development of local Tier One Trainings to support better management of integrity.

Will perform extensive data entry tasks.
Will review data to identify patterns, progress, or the need for improvement.
Maintains student portfolios and other administrative files to comply with TWC and DMS processes and requirements.
Job Duty
Responsible for the collection of the data, including student/instructor sign-in sheets, student profiles, DMC registration, and TEAMS Enrollment Intake forms.
Reviews the accuracy and completeness of all required forms.
Job Duty
Prepares and distributes regular management reports to keep Directors and Assistant Directors apprised of program performance.
