Client Experience Coordinator

Escrow Innovations, Inc. & Real Estate Innovations

Riverside, CA โ€ข On-site

Full-time, Part-time

Job description

Be the First Impression. Create the Lasting One.

At Escrow Innovations & Real Estate Innovations, we believe buying or selling a home should be one of life's most exciting milestones—not one of its most stressful.

Every interaction matters. A warm greeting, a reassuring voice on the phone, clear communication, and attention to the smallest details can make all the difference during one of the biggest financial transactions in someone's life.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Client Experience Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our Riverside office while learning the escrow process from the ground up.

This is much more than a front desk position. It's an opportunity to begin a career in the escrow industry while gaining hands-on experience supporting clients, Escrow Officers, and real estate professionals throughout a transaction.

If you're someone who naturally enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, and wants an opportunity to learn and grow, we'd love to meet you.

This is a part-time position to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role and take on additional escrow responsibilities.

About Escrow Innovations, Inc.

Escrow Innovations, Inc. is a locally owned, independent escrow company serving the Inland Empire with a commitment to professionalism, communication, accuracy, and personalized service.

We work closely with buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, and title companies to help ensure every transaction is handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency.

Our goal is simple:

We don't just close transactions—we create experiences that clients remember and real estate professionals recommend.

Compensation:

$18 - $22 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:What You'll Do

As the Client Experience Coordinator, you'll be one of the first people clients and business partners interact with while also providing important support to our escrow team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and hospitality.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with confidence and exceptional customer service.

  • Assist clients with general questions and help connect them with the appropriate member of the escrow team.

  • Open new escrow files and assist with initial file setup.

  • Support Escrow Officers and Assistants throughout the transaction process.

  • Assist with routine client communication and transaction updates under the direction of the Escrow Officer.

  • Follow up with clients and transaction parties for information or documentation when needed.

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate document signings.

  • Prepare, organize, scan, and process documents.

  • Assist with maintaining accurate and organized escrow files.

  • Process incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Maintain office organization and supplies.

  • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks.

  • Help identify what needs to be done and step in to support the team during busy periods.

  • Ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism, communication, and exceptional service.

More Than a Reception Position

While you'll be the welcoming face of our Riverside office, this role is designed for someone interested in becoming part of the escrow industry—not simply working at a front desk.

You'll have the opportunity to learn how an escrow transaction works from opening through closing while developing skills in client communication, file management, documentation, transaction coordination, and escrow procedures.

As your knowledge and experience grow, so can your responsibilities.

For the right person, this position can be the beginning of a long-term career with Escrow Innovations.

Qualifications:What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoys helping others.

  • An excellent communicator who is comfortable speaking with clients and professionals.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.

  • Professional both in person and over the phone.

  • Dependable, punctual, and accountable.

  • Comfortable following established procedures while learning new responsibilities.

  • A proactive problem solver who takes initiative.

  • Comfortable learning new software and technology.

  • A team player who notices when something needs to be done and is willing to help.

  • Motivated to learn, improve, and grow professionally.

  • Able to remain calm, professional, and helpful when clients are stressed or a transaction becomes challenging.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Administrative or office experience

  • Customer service experience

  • Escrow, title, mortgage, or real estate experience

  • Notary Public or willingness to become commissioned

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

No escrow experience? That's okay.

We're looking for the right person, not necessarily the person with the longest escrow résumé.

If you have a strong work ethic, great communication skills, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service, we're willing to teach you the escrow side of the business.

Our Ideal Candidate

You may be a great fit if people naturally describe you as:

Friendly. Organized. Professional. Dependable. Calm under pressure. Positive. Detail-oriented. A great communicator. Eager to learn. Someone who genuinely enjoys helping others.

Most importantly, you're looking for more than just a job—you want an opportunity to learn, take on responsibility, and build a career.

Compensation

$18–$22 per hour, depending on experience

Part-time to start, with the opportunity for additional hours, responsibilities, and advancement as you develop within the role.
