We are looking for an ambitious Escrow Officer to grow into the Branch Manager position for
a National Title/Escrow Company. This is a new branch!

An Awesome opportunity for growth!
Things you'll handle like a champ:
  • Ensures the daily coverage of Texas office.
  • Reviews CD/HUD-1 for quality control. May also prepare, review title, send binders, and assist the Escrow Officer. Funds Texas loans.
  • Maintains strong relationships with high volume clients.
  • Monitor's quality of Customer Service given by company staff in Texas.
  • Assist with in-house settlements.
  • Assist staff with compliance issues using underwriting tools (manuals and websites).
  • Intervenes and provides problem resolution for escalated clients matters.
  • Works with Auditor for the Annual TDI Audits.
  • Quality control for compliance with TDI.
  • Manage pipeline of real estate transactions according to sales contracts, lender instructions, company requirements, and other written instructions.
  • Reviewing title commitments, sales contracts and other related documents relating to residential real estate transactions for compliance and accuracy.
  • Preparing Closing Disclosures/HUD-1 Settlement Statements, conveyance, and other settlement documents necessary to complete closing transactions.
  • Examining and clearing requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions.
  • Obtaining and preparing information needed to close a transaction.
  • Working closely and coordinating closing transactions with clients, lenders, realtors, staff, and any other relevant parties to ensure a proper timely closing transaction.
  • Balancing the closing disclosure or HUD-1 Settlement Statements, reviewing funds received and coordinating proper disbursement of closing funds
