Location – Tustin, CA
Onsite | Part-Time 9am-3pm (w/ potential for full time)

Pay - $20.00-23.00/hr  DOE
Job Summary of the Escrow Administrative Assistant position
Integr8staff seeks a seasoned Escrow Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings. You will provide general support to a team, or partner with an escrow officer. Primarily focused on residential transactions.
Responsibilities of the Escrow Administrative Assistant position
Be responsible for providing clerical support for escrow officers during the opening, maintaining, and closing escrow files.
Assist escrow officers by creating and editing correspondence and documents, maintaining files and records, and providing services to clients.
Be familiar with different types of escrows including purchase, refinance, etc.
Contact banks to confirm incoming and outgoing wires for escrow files
Assist officers in managing and organizing multiple projects and escrows
Offer a positive and create a friendly work environment
Improve escrow knowledge by participating in trainings and educational courses
Provide support in the absence of the escrow officers or escrow assistants 
Requirements of the Escrow Assistant position
Must have 1 year of escrow experience
Have escrow experience and related industry
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Must demonstrate excellent comprehension and organizational skills
Strong customer service and people skills
Ability to manage multiple actions at once
Able to prioritize based on the direction of management
Must display professionalism in circumstances of high pressure and heavy workload.
Excellent problem-solving skills
