POSITION SUMMARY:

  • This position provides oversight of, and participates in support, development, documentation, and training in the Americas in relation to the Global ERP system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct all activities in a safe manner whilst adhering to all HEPI policies, compliance and change management structures.
  • Ensure at all times that the ERP system complies with the Global ERP standard.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provide oversight and support of ERP team members in the Americas. Consult with and advise Business Leaders and Executives in the Americas on the best practice use of the Pronto ERP system. Undertake analysis of business processes. Identify areas where efficiencies can be introduced, gain management approval for change and work with stakeholders to implement new processes, document and train. Work as part of the team to document requests for project work for submission and prioritization by the executive team. Oversee the planning, execution, reporting and completion of approved project work. Work in partnership with users to write and/or maintain user training manuals that have a global focus. Identify areas where users would benefit from training and carry out or arrange training in consultation with managers. Identify areas where ERP team members would benefit from training and carry out or arrange training. Work with users to write specifications for new reports, obtain approvals, and assist with report UAT. Take the lead on ERP implementation at any new sites. Conduct all changes and implementations within the framework of the compliance and change management systems.

DECISION MAKING:

This position has a high degree of autonomy, and requires ongoing problem solving and interpretation of data to analyze issues, discern possible solutions, test and implement solutions. System changes and new work must be approved by the Global ERP Manager, be carried out within the HEPI change management and compliance systems, and not deviate from the Global ERP standard.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Relevant Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years' experience administering a Tier 1 or 2 ERP system. Pronto Xi experience is preferred. Previous supervisory experience. Proven ability to work with employees at all levels of an organisation to effect positive change. Proven ability in effective training, and the production of user-friendly documentation IBM COGNOS experience will be highly regarded. Experience in an international context will be highly regarded. Spanish speaking will be highly regarded Accounting knowledge or background will be highly regarded.

  • Ability to manage, plan and complete tasks within set timeframes.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
