As the ERP Manager, you will lead the selection and implementation of the company's ERP platform, working cross-functionally to build scalable business systems that support rapid company growth.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end ERP strategy, selection, implementation, and ongoing administration for the company.
• Evaluate ERP vendors and solutions based on operational, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality, and reporting requirements.
• Drive ERP implementation planning, including business process mapping, system configuration, testing, data migration, training, and go-live execution.
• Partner with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, quality, and engineering to define system requirements and workflows.
• Design scalable processes supporting inventory management, production planning, purchasing, warehouse operations, supplier management, and financial operations.
