- Support ERP patching, version upgrades, and performance tuning.

- Experience integrating ERP systems with third-party or custom applications.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS).
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with API integrations, REST services, and data transformation tools (e.g., Jitterbit, Boomi, MuleSoft).
- Experience with ITIL processes and SDLC methodologies
