Job description

cBEYONData + SMX is looking for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Consultant to aid our clients to analyze technical issues related to our client's financial systems. Our consultants work closely with our clients to support modernization of financial systems that prioritize security and protection. The consultant will help our national security functional experts navigate a complex and changing business landscape. This role requires technical expertise and a strong understanding of DoD business processes, enabling effective integration of solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business strategies and objectives to support solutions for those objectives and strategies
  • Business Process Analysis: Work closely with clients to analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimized workflows within ERP frameworks
  • Serve as a liaison to the subject matter experts across highly diverse mission fields
  • Collaborate within cross-functional teams in a rapidly changing mission-oriented work environment
  • Possess and apply knowledge of the Department of the Army financial systems and processes
  • Support Prioritization of process improvements within the command/Army and actively support operational needs.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables keeping stakeholders informed of progress and any challenges encountered.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in ERP implementation and support, with expertise in systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.
  • Experience supporting DoD (Army preferred) financial management and business process re-engineering
  • Knowledge of the Department of the Army financial systems and business processes strongly preferred
  • Experience with the Army's General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) required, General Fund Enterprise Business System - Sensitive Activities (GFEBS-SA) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's preferred)
  • Ability to be onsite up to 75% of the time as the mission requires
  • Active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) strongly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
